General information
https://santacruz.nuahotels.com is a platform that organises and manages accommodation bookings, offering users an option for their leisure time.
The contractual document governing the contracting of these services through the website owned by Actividades Hoteleras Sta. Teresa S.L. is set out below.
Acceptance of this document means that the user:
- Has read, understands and comprehends its contents.
- Has sufficient legal capacity to contract the services listed on the website.
- Accepts all the obligations set out herein.
These terms shall remain valid indefinitely and apply to all bookings made through https://santacruz.nuahotels.com.
The provider reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally, without affecting any promotions under which bookings were made before the amendment.
Bookings shall be valid only for users who have accepted the general and specific terms and conditions of sale in full; the booking process cannot be completed without this acceptance.
The specific terms of sale vary according to each booking service.
Users must read the specific terms of the selected service carefully before purchasing it. These specific terms will appear with the corresponding accommodation and shall prevail over the general booking terms. The purchase procedure will be available in Spanish and English, with further languages to be added gradually.
Prices
The prices of products offered on the website are expressed in euros (€). The prices shown beside each product include VAT and can be viewed from the start of the booking process, with the taxes itemised in the final summary before payment. Any offer, discount or promotion will be displayed on this website and may be selected. Our company reserves the right to make any changes it considers appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and may update prices daily. Once a booking has been made, its price will be maintained.
At times, our website may offer a cheaper rate for a specific service, product or stay. However, these rates may carry restrictions and special conditions, for example regarding cancellation and refunds. Please review the relevant booking, service or product details and conditions carefully before making your booking.
Obvious errors (including typographical errors) caused by technical or human mistakes are not binding where the stated booking price is clearly derisory. The booking will be invalid, cancelled and the contract terminated; the amount paid will be refunded, or you will be offered the option to keep the booking by paying the difference. If you notice that your booking contains this contractual defect, please contact us so that we can resolve it. For further information, users may contact customer service on +34 954 327 078 or by email at alameda@nuahotels.com.
Every payment made to the provider entails the issue of an invoice in the name of the registered user or the company name supplied when the booking was made.
Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this document is to govern the contractual relationship for processing the requested booking and providing personalised services, which arises between the provider and the user when the user accepts the corresponding box during the online process. The contractual relationship for processing the requested booking entails providing a specific product or service in exchange for a set price publicly displayed on the website.
Booking procedure / how to purchase
Anyone with internet access can make a booking or purchase.
The steps in the purchase process are visible throughout the process. The procedure for booking through the website is as follows:
- On the home page, first select the dates of your stay and the number of guests. The available accommodation options will then appear, allowing you to choose the rate and package that best suit your needs.
- Once you have selected the number of packages you wish to book, the final price is displayed. In some cases, you may select extra services for an additional charge, which will appear alongside the booking price.
- When you click the booking button, a form will appear for entering the personal details relating to the booking and the bank card used to guarantee it. A blank field will be available for any comments you wish to add. Once completed, you must read and accept the privacy policy and the general and specific booking terms and conditions included with each accommodation.
Please check the details of your chosen booking or service carefully to understand its specific conditions before booking.
- Verify the booking details by clicking the “confirm booking” button. Clicking it formally completes the booking.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email containing its details. This document confirms that the booking has been completed successfully and serves as evidence for any claim. If you do not receive the email, check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been identified as spam. If it is not there, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
- Once it has been received and we have confirmed that all the details are correct, we will process your booking.
- After the booking has been completed, customers are asked to review its contents to identify any material data-entry errors. To arrange a correction, call customer service on +34 954 327 078 or email alameda@nuahotels.com and provide the booking identification details.
If for any reason the booking cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded directly through the same payment method used by the customer.
The provider accepts no liability where a booking is not completed because the information supplied by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete, or because an involuntary overbooking occurs due to a booking-system failure.
Without prejudice to the above, we will take the measures required of a diligent trader to ensure that the booking can be fulfilled within the agreed time.
Although we strive to make our service as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. Nor are we responsible for errors (including obvious and typographical errors) or interruptions caused by temporary and/or partial server outages, repairs, updates, platform maintenance or other reasons.
Once a booking has been made, users who require a change must contact customer service on +34 954 327 078 or by email at alameda@nuahotels.com. Depending on the type of change, an additional charge may apply.
Damage to accommodation. User obligations
If you are considered responsible for damage to accommodation or to any personal or material property within it, the corresponding charge will be made through the payment method used for the booking.
